Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
After reading over the reviews I can't believe that so many people have so many complaints. I moved into River Oaks in 2006 and just renewed my lease. My rent went up only $6.00 but in return I got my carpets cleaned, and had a new ceiling fan installed in my dining area. When they came to install the fan they additionally asked me if anything else needed to be repaired. All of my requests were taken care of that afternoon. My co-worker also lived at River Oaks and when she and her husband moved-out they lost their deposit, but they were FILTHY!!!! I can understand why they didn't get any money back. The office staff is always nice and they try to meet all of my requests. I recommend River Oaks to anyone who needs nice affordable housing.......
