I cannot say too much about the grounds as we used this as a 30 day business rental for an employee. As others have stated, in the begining everything was fine - office staff, grounds, everything. However, it quickly fell apart when our employee went to do the walk through. The office manager was very rude when we called to set up the appointment and even told us that we did not give 30 days notice before we moved out - HELLO 30 DAY LEASE ONLY!!! When my employee showed up to do the walk through the manager was out with prospective renters and he was told to wait in his apartment for her. HE WAITED 1 1/2 HOURS. He then went to the office and was berated for being late and was told he was leaving and would have to reschedule.

Being in a customer service industry this was totaly out of line for this manager and they should only have access to ex-cons!!!

I completely agree with this assesment of the lack of professionalism portrayed by the manager and her staff. THey post eviction notices and late payment notes in plain veiw of other tenants. I witnessed this happen to my neighbor. They also have silly policies such pet policies like a five hundred dollar deposit per pet just to allow guests to bring their pets by. I will never consider staying here when my lease is up.
