Ok Place Me and My wife lived here for 6 mo. time here was ok. not to many problems. Only thing i hated was the city, Hanford. occasionall billing issues. maintanice was lacking. office staff was nice.

Nice place to live I have enjoyed my stay here. The office staff is friendly, and the maintenance guy is quick to respond to my calls. The buildings are about twenty or so years old but they have done a good job of maintaining them. I would highly recommend.

Good place to live but dont expect much deposit back. It was a great place to live but they do everything they can to keep as much of your deposit as possible. They do a quick check when you move in and try not to catch anything. When you move out, they go over everything with a fine tooth comb

Termites& rent to high Rent is outrages for this place. For one they never came and fixed are air conditioner in the dead of heat. Now it´s winter we have a terriable termite problem on the front window that they willn´t come and fix that eather. They´re a bunch of slumb lords!!
