Don't get me wrong, this apartment building is beautiful inside and out. Maintenance and construction are always taken care of ASAP! Its great on parking and the apartments are really spacious! Utilities are paid for every month by the owner. Who in fact is a really nice guy. The only complaint I have about the units is that they have no air conditioning and they get REALLY HOT! Opening windows does no good because there is no air circulation around the building. My advice is, if you do rent an apartment in this building, plan on buying a portable air conditioner (around 500.00) because those nice cheap window air-conditioners are not compatable with any windows inside the units. The manager however is the real piece of art around the building. She is basically a two-faced nosy liar. She will act like you friend one minuet and then will go and talk behind your back the next. Bottom line is, she will not hesitate to share her derogative remarts about your personal life to every other tenent in the building. My suggestion to you is, I highly recommend living in this this building only because it is well kept and its very affordable (700.00 month)but keep in mind that you should stay away and I mean far away from associating with incompetent individuals!If you ever need to address any problems, talk directly with the office manager or the owner. They are great people and will be more then happy to assist with any problems!
