I love the PALMS! - I love the Palms Apts. Its the BEST place I have lived. The grounds are always clean. Everyone here is very nice and polite. The building is so cool. I love the laundry room. Annoying neighbors I have lived here for 6 months and let me tell you it would be a nice place to live if not for a few bad apples in the mix.
The management tries as best they can to rid the sorry excuse of tenants but sometimes her hands are tied.
For now I don't recommend CPA a nice place

Great Place! I loved living here! The management always helped when I had a problem. The courtyard was always clean...and it suppressed the sounds from the street. Me and my children lived here for 10 years without a problem. I would recommend this buiding to anyone who wants a great place to live!
