It showed that he really like his job and really sold the community. Managment sticks up for us - The building is pretty old but well taken care of. The rent is good, and as far as rent control i haven't had my rent raised too much. Not as much as other apartments i hear about on our street. As far as the managers; the first manager that was here was nice, but not very responsive to service requests.
