So far I must admit that I am totally comfortable living here. The neighbors are quiet, the management will make sure that you are comfortable without going overboard. If you wish to be left alone, they will leave you alone, if you wish to joke around with them, they are quick. The complex is well maintained, they notify you of any major events happening. They want to make sure that you feel secure living there. The price is affordable their main goal is to make sure you are comfortable, more so than to take your money. They rely heavily on word of mouth refferals and want to make sure they keep getting them. The prices change by the market so don't judge the place by my rent. It has changed since I moved in.
