I lived here for 2 years, and I must say that I was more disappointed as time passed. My nieghbors smoked weed on their patios, kids were allowed to run rampant at ALL hours of the day and night, there was a lot of physical abuse that was loud enough to hear through closed windows and doors, trains passing directly across the street, car theft every day during the summer, drug dealers on the street corner 1 block away, and helicopters overhead every night. Oh, and once I couldn't get home because the police had closed the street due to a man running through the complex with a gun.

However, the maintenance was very prompt, and you are about 2 blocks away from Longs, Starbucks, Safeway, a few restaurants, a laundromat, and several other stores.

The rent increases every year.
