I have been staynig there for over a year, I like this complex cause it has month to month instead of a year lease and since I have been there I havent had any rent increases. The maintenance is usually quickly tooken care of ..The only major issue is the floors creak when walking otherwise the complex is okay. As far as cars been broken into that can happen anywhere not just austin common that has nothing to do with management not in my opinion. More visiting parking will be nice but you get service and respect with the management staff I would definetely recommend this property.
