I have lived here for about 4 months, and I hate it. There are police here at least 3 nights a week for some reason, the managment sucks, Especially the one manager who is in charge. She doesnt know how to be professional, and doesnt help, or do what is right.She basically tries to scam you. The rooms are not cleaned before move in and are never ready. Dont rent here

I would suggest putting your concerns in writing.That way you can be sure that it will be addressed properly. The rental market is very soft right now and she would be stupid to lose a resident over matters like these. Try reaching her boss.
