THIS PLACE IS THE WORST I LIVED IN I RATHER LIVE IN THE GHETTO THIS IS WAY TO GHETTO LOTS OF ROACHES AND MANAGERS ARE METICHES THEY ALL OVER IN YOUR AREA INSTEAD OF FIXIN THIS DUMP THEY HAVE RATS DUE TO TO MUCH GARBAGE AND THEY CHARGE ALOT TO WASH HALF THE TIME WASHERS ARE BROKE HERE IVE SEEN ALOT OF STUFF GOING ON HERE ON WEEKEND PEOPLE OUTSIDE SMOKING AND DRINKING AND DIRTY THE MAINTANCE ARE SLOW AND THEY HAVE 2 OR 3 SO THEY ALWAYS BEHIND ON THEIR JOBS IT TAKES THEM LIK2 2 WEEKS JUST TO COME AND FIX SOMETHING SIMPLE MY HOME AND CAR HAS BEEN BROKEN INTO MY CAR 3 TIMES AND MY HOME 2 TIMES CANT EVEN GO TO WORK WITHOUT SOMEONE BREAKIN IN YOUR STUFF REAL TALK DONT LIVE HERE U WILL REGRET IT

Anyone who is bad mouthing this place proabably got an eviction nnotice or something.I would not be shocked if its the same person writing those reviews.I have lived here over 3 years now and do not have any problems whatsoever.It is pretty quite,clean and has people who mind their own.Also management is great and maintenance has always responded to me even in minutes if not hours.Great place to start out with and even to stay on.Very reasonable rent.
