 The rent you pay at this place is not worth living here. You have to pay all of your utilities, in addition to an extra 20 bucks a month for trash and water. I could seriously rent a house for ... more

 Management is very nice. Maintenance within 24 to 48 hrs from call. Conveniant to shopping, freeways, and Bart.
