Hilltowne Apartment Raiting From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/25/2004 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004   Overall, my apartment is nice, in a good location to stores and close to public transportaion. My only complaints are #1) the fact that the policies in the rental agrrement are not properly inforced by the current on site management. I say this because tenants illegally park vehicles (sometimes 3 to a stall) making it hard for traffic to pass through. Not only does this irritate me as a tenant, it also concerns me about thr safety issue. If people are parking in RED zones and there is an emergency..well think about it.I have an ongoing problem with the stench of marijuana coming from a neiboring apartment into my own. Come on if this stuff is coming through my walls and you can smell it from outside, why has no action been taken to investigate and evict the tenant. if I recall there is a NO DRug Policy in the renters contract. As you can tell I am upset, because the property is nice but the lack of rule enforcement by the appropriate partIES can cause a beautiful cozy place to become a stress inducing eye sore.
