I have been here over four years. I love my neighbors. My building seems to have the least turn around. The others have very high turn around. I agree with the problem of rotating managers. We are on our fourth since I have been here. I don't know why they can't keep managers. All managers have been nice to me and my dogs. I love this place because I can have dogs, which is a rarity. I have seen any problem tenants dealt with very quickly, which I like. There have been a lot of problem tenants, but it seems to have been better for the last year. I have not been happy about my regular rent increases. I can't afford to live here anymore. The whole Bay Area is very difficult to find affordable living, especially with dogs. I have seen maintenace issues dealt with quickly and the landscape has recently been overhauled which was way overdue. The pool is not heated and too cold for my taste even on the hottest day of summer. There is an ongoing problem with non tenants using the pool. The pool is very small and can be crowded on hot days. Noise in the neighborhood is sporadic. Since a high school is a half a block away, there is a lot of foot and car traffic during the week all day long. People speed on the street even though there are speed bumps. Bus service seems to be fine. There is bus service a half a block away. Parking in red zones is an ongoing problem. Since there is no nontenant parking onsite, every visitor has to park on the street. This forces visitors to park everywhere. Street parking is very minimal and tight. I have one vehicle and one spot. There needs to be more parking spaces. The laundry rooms are fine. We just got brand new machines. I like them. I don't do my laundry on weekends, though, because the machines are regular full. Definitely not enough machines for the amount of tenants.
