Twenty plus years of living at Hilltowne! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/28/2007 Years at this apartment: 1994 - 2007   Carrie, Thank you for being such a considerate Manager. About Hilltowne Apartments: 1)Thank you for all the hot water. 2)Also, Hilltowne has great water pressure. 3)We have quiet nieghbors 4)There are good exit routes for vechecles 5)Most of all it has a late running and good public transportation (92 bus stop to Cal State East Bay and Chabot Collage right on side street). 6)Next to Hayward High School.
