Short and to the point. The maintenance of the handyman was within the same day or two. However you may need to have him called out two or three times in order to have the problem fixed.
There is a huge ant problem when it rains, but that was disclosed before you move in, or was after we signed the lease. Also, this is thug cat Island, thats right thug cats!! They sit on your car and scratch your car, and to top it off, none of them belong to the tenants. To make things worse one of the carports was bent backwards by a garbage truck driver who bent the carport, then sped off when our manager tried to stop him. Waste management eventually came to see the bent up carport. Long story short it took almost a year to replace it with a new one. Yeah the port was removed that week, but we didnt get a new one until last month. There are also spider webs all around the walls outside your door, and at times they enter through your vent system.
A quiet place, that resembles a retirement home and the cats to prove it. Do not move in if you do not have arachnophobia, tolerance for water ants, and a bureaucratic stationary state of mind when it comes to repairs, and rescheduling your life around them. Hey well at least it was to the point. I guess short will be your stay if you do not meet the pre-requisites for enduring this place.
