These are CONDO's NOW From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/12/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   These were apartments and are now being sold as Condo's now. The marketing name, which I think is a better name anyways, is Montierra Condos. www.montierracondos.com is the link. It is really quiet up here, the scenery is great!!, there are roosters and chickens and a lot of ferile cats (up further on the hill) around here. The condo units come with a stackable washer and dryer which is small but enough if you do a load every other day. The dishwasher has an old-unused smell to it so we had to clean it. The windows were replaced in our unit prior to signing off on the purchase because there was mold in between the window panels. The management was very nice and changed 6 windows for us before we moved in. There are possible termites in certain units only. You will have to ask about that before you start. I did not find out until I was just about ready to start signing paperwork. The kitchen cabinets are small, so we will definately be remodeling that. The fireplace is great!!! If you buy a unit on the ground floor you will be able to use that space for a patio table and chair set or for extending your patio and/or creating a garden of some sort. The ground floor units have a larger patio. Overall the place is great and I love it. In the hills, quiet, a great view and the sales manager were all very nice. Don't move in without checking the windows first, this was the biggest problem for us BUT they did end up changing them for us. Hope this helps you. Remember, this is not an apartment anymore, it is a condo!!!
