I moved in this apartment complex with my husband and at first everything was okay, but then after a week all the problems started. Are upstair neighbors had parties every weekend til 3am, we would call management but nothing was ever done. Our neighbors would throw garbage, beer bottles, cigarette butts off their patio and once again complained and nothing was done. Then all these weird people started moving in, large families in a small apartment, plus parking was horrible you would never find a spot if you came home late. Some tenants had up to 4 cars, plus people from other buildings would park in our parking area, leaving no room. When we finally had enought we decided to move out and had our apartments carpet professionally cleaned, we had cleaned everything with clorox and we were still charged $300.00 for cleaning. This place is a rip off and they want is your money. Beware!!

This review is rediculous. I've been lving here a while now and I've had nothing but good things happen here. The privacy is wonderful and even though we live next to busy Mission Blvd, you don't hear any street noise and feel so connected to nature. You get to see, live, and breath nature, it's wonderful! You have to understand that management has protocols to follow when dealing with bad tenants. Just because you don't notice any action being taken doesn't mean that wheels aren't in motion. Try a little patience and understanding. Although I have not known anyone to party every weekend until 3am, you're over exaggerating. There is a no noise policy from 10pm to 7am and tenants follow this rule. As for being charged for the cleaning...that's stupidity on your part. When you sign your initial contract, management tells you that they will automatically clean every apartment and you will not be responsible to pay from your deposit as long as you stay 3 years. And the deposit here is only $500, anywhere else is at least full month's rent and sometime more. BOTTOM LINE: Ignore te previous review, this place is beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing.
