Park Orchard apartments is a great place to live. It is a quite gated community with mature trees and ponds that wind through the property, sometimes there are even baby ducks in the ponds. The pools are sparkling clean and large. The maintenance staff is professional, polite and competetant. The office staff are very nice too, helpful and professional. The apartments are recently renovated and very nice. The patios a very, very large, but very nice to have. All of my neighbors are OK, they are quite.
There is a security patrol at night so I always feel safe.
