Pepper Tree Apartments

okay for the price From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/2/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   This building is great. The place is run by a very nice old couple. It is gated and the apartments themselves are nice. The surrounding buildings are really noisey though. There is some sort of creature that must be a pet living in the yard of a neighbouring house that screams almost every single day. There have been several nights when people from the building next door were playing music so loud that it woke me up. I wish I could pick up the building and move it someplace else.
