Management posts the good reviews this place is horrendous From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/20/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   I live here now and am not afraid to say that this place is like living in a building separated by cutrains not walls. It is filthy they do not even clean the dog mess left by other tenants despite weeks of complaints. They allow strippers, pimps and prostitutes to live here as long as they pay slightly more rent. They charge more for a depostite from ------- Americans and they do not tell you you have to pay for your water, trash, sewage and waste water until after you sign your lease. In sum, you pay an additional 40 to 50.00 per month and if you do not pay you can get evicted. This is not disclosed until later. They rent out apartments at a significantly cheaper rate to Anglo Americans and charge minorities a much higher rent. This place is overpriced, filthy and management with the exception of Edward who should be the manager, should be avoided at all costs. Lease at your own risk.
