if you want to live in an apartment with no hot water, poor managerial skills and the worst customer service ever feel free to rent one of these over priced sauna's. The halls are dirty the elevator looks like ---- and the halls always smell like fart. As the review above/below states the laundry room is the poorest one that i have seen in a long time. the washers don't wash your cloths the pool never gets clean. i have been a tenant of Villa morada apartments for a year and a half and have been a perfect paying tenant and now they want to raise my rent but not fix anything that is needed to be fixed. yeah right. also maintanence is shotty and workman ship is well below safety standards. Management is shady, and they are owned by Klingbell or kimball management group based out of phoenix, denver and florida. very disjointed from the actual shady dealings that go on here at Villa Morada. Also since i have lived there i had my car broken into twice and then the entire car was stollen. the cameras that are on the side of the building are just shoeboxes with wires hanging out the back of them (no joke). This place also seems to go through managers like i go through boxers. all this i am writing is true and i am just letting the prospecting renter know this because they will intice you with low deposits, and if you sign a six month lease just know that they will raise your rent when signing a new lease.
STAY AWAY BY ALL ACCOUNTS.
