I have never been with an apartment complex with a management staff that has "no clue" what each one of them are doing. The staff is great at greeting each resident by name and showing apartments throughout the complex as "luxury" for the area but that was the ONLY thing they could do with any professionalism. At running a business, they were "the WORST"! There were times it would take up to two weeks to get maintenance items done IF they found the request AND after several reminders. The security gate was ALWAYS broken, granted by the residents themselves, which is why the "Ghetto" connotation came about. I went to the rental office at 1:30 pm on the day that I was moving and to do a "walkthrough" with the management. At 5:10 I called and said that management had not come but and was told they were gone for the day, please leave the keys in the "drop box". When I called a week later to make sure that they had what they needed for us to get our deposit back, they said "they didn't find anything" -- keys, security gate cards, parking tags, etc., this request was from the Assistant Manager of the complex!!! I would not recommend to anybody.
