This is a horrible place. Don't let the sceneray fool you. First of all there are so many trees here that you have to be a vampire or a 'goth' person to live here. There is no light. The parking is absolutely rediculous, and you can get towed even if you live there if you don't have stupid sticker. The security gate never works and they may not even have a gate card for you. The staff is completely incompetent and rude, especially Josie. She's the super ugly ------- American chic with the braids. The hot tubs have the sanitation of the Gangees river in India, and the pool is solar heated to 0 degrees, I guess that is warm to them. They don't have enough laundry facilities and some apartments have more residents that a city block of the Tenderloin. The place is infested with people's ally cats and they will run into your apartment if not careful. I even got attacked once, but I kicked his butt. I am also convinced that this place is renting to section 8 people. That would not be a problem for me if I wasn't paying such an exhorbitant amount to live there. I would say the rents are about 33% higher than they should be for the quality of service. Also, don't have a nice car here because it will get destroyed. I have so many door dings that my car looks like it was driven through a Ginsu factory. The grounds are not kept up because they won't pay or don't have enough workers. The water seems to have rust and they are the only apt. community to charge for water and stupid local taxes that the property owner should be paying. We had our rent raised 10% every year and the new people are paying outrageous amounts for this ghetto lifestyle. Bottom line, stay away.
