Waterford Apartments

Look carefully before renting -- you can do better. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/22/2001 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2000   I was in this place for 3 months in early 2000. I think they let me break my lease for $200 because it was a period of increasing rents. My Feb 2000 1-BR rent of $1050 looks absurdly low compared to what I see now on the penninsula and in the city. Go figure. The comments on this one are hilarious but true. Something is definitely wrong with the water. I went to bottled water completely. The attitude about parking is quite militant there. Think about it . . . gated community with no additional parking for guests. Expect long walks or ferry trips. Fair mix of people there. Some of them seemed questionable. I was never comfortable in the neighborhood.
