Overpriced, average apartments From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/5/2001 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2001   I have now lived in Waterford for five months. The good things: - Nice location (right by San Mateo Bridge) - Decent neighborhood - Quiet - Nice landscaping - Clean - I've had no maintenence troubles. - Recycling capabilities. The bad: - Appearance is everything to them. - Way too expensive. - One parking spot. - Mail troubles - False promises (i.e. gate security, etc.)
