Good Community - I lived there for 9 1/2 years and had very few problems. Maintenence was not the best but they tried. lol! I had a few spats with the manager but overall she is a good manager, just like anyone else, she don't like to be taken for a fool, or jump to one's demads. I can respect her for that. The office staff is very caring. They always give us parties during the holidays. They keep the grounds very clean and the apartments are very nice. The apartment complex is filled with thugs and people always smoking pot outside. Was constantly trapped in my apartment because neighbors pounded in my door while management did nothing about it.
