NOISY, Mold in the toilet, & ROACHES!!!

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
These apts. were VEEEEEEEEEEEERY NOISY!!!!! They were also infested with ROACHES!!!!! The good part was that it was a very large apt. at a decent price. There was also a strange black mold that would not come out of the toilets.
