I have lived in Amberwood for 4 years now. They raise the rent everytime I turn around, their mantianace men can't fix a leaking toilet, the noise is aweful no matter how much you complain, people take your parking space and nothing is done about it, the kitchen cupboards have been painted so many times they are thick with old paint so they are suseptible to peeling, my air conditioner is loud and makes so much racket I can't hear myself think, they won't replace the carpets, there is black mold in the bathroom that won't go away no matter how much you clean, the upstairs apt. sprang a leak in their bathroom and it took them over a week to fix it so I had water pouring into my bathroom... the list goes on and on! RUN, don't walk, from Amberwood Villas!
