When we first moved here, it was not so bad, the Manager and his assistant did everything to stop the "B.S." Loud Music, fighting , drug-users, and dealers..They were let go ..And to our dismay a new "Woman" took over , she is the worst{rude} and a flat out liar, on her claims she does all she can to keep things in order, We had a murder here a 17 yo boy..She acted like it was done to make her look bad..There are loud -unruly children without parental care, young adults..hahahaa {thats a joke 2}
that think they can act how-ever they wish..The police are here 2-3 times a day or night..Security is a joke, they only drive by..they do not walk the grounds, and you have to call them from certain hours only...Gates are broken and anyone can come in , WTH, kind of security is that ..No dogs are allowed ,yet we have 10-15 on our side alone ,They bark day and night, it is getting so bad, I want to file a law-suit.
On several occasions I have asked why we have no hot water , the answer is we should because there is a boiler system ..That's just a "Lie" they allow as many as 8 {people} to live in a small apartment , So there goes our hot water, there is a sign posted on the security door that says "Beware" your apt could have one of the following , lead etc, it is a small but deadly list in my opinion , which we were not told about at the time of signing the lease. We are moving and soon, it makes it hard to pay-rent and save to move when they want so much here..but we are doing it ..It is also important to know that they will not return your deposit. The woman that is manager here now says it is due to costly paint , etc When we moved in it was to have been cleaned, painted etc...Ha,not a thing was done there is a big oil stain in living-room from a car or bike engine, We told the new manager that 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C

Called the police department for the report on this - NOT TRUE! People should be ashamed writing things that are not true about this community. The apartment manager is very nice! The community is very clean and seems to have a pretty quiet atmosphere!

Wow, You must be part of the staff, because it happened we have since moved, but I was asked in Walmart of all places,If we lived near where it had taken place. So please spare me the I should be ashamed
