Since I have lived here, I have had very minor problems regarding this apartment complex. There have been some issues with the gates being broken, our neighbors smoking weed constantly, and some weird people walking around. However, I am very happy with the amount we pay (2 bed/2 bath for 625 a month) and the maintenance is always on top of everything, and comes out AS SOON AS they can. I have heard about about 45 apartment complexes being out of hot water - some people on here are complaining - however, people need to realize that the complexes main water heater went out causing a shortage of hot water and they had to replace it (which had to be delivered). Also, I have seen a few people on here say that dogs are not allowed - that is total BS. I have dogs, which were allowed, as long as they are under 25lbs. On top of that, the management has been very lenient with other tenants who were forced into apartment living because of the economy, they had bigger dogs and the management allowed it.

My fiancee and I had a run in with some financial issues, moved out for 2 weeks and broke out lease. The apartment put our ENTIRE deposit towards the amount that was left unpaid (so we would have got it back if we hadn't broke the lease). On top of that, we asked to move back in and not break the lease after moving out for 2 weeks and they disregarded everything.

They have recently replaced the management that was there when we moved out, and I couldn't be happier. The new management is so much more on top of things, and really cares about everything.

So to everyone giving bad reviews because there are young adults (which you will get in any apartment complex), drug problems, cops and whatever else, then you need to move out of Hemet - cause Hemet is full of drug problems, cops, and whatever other bad things you can think of. If you want a quiet and perfect apartment complex go pay a couple hundred more for a smaller apartment and live in Murrieta or Temecula.

Thats funny , If you pay 625.00 for a 2 bed 2 bath , we really got screwed because we were paying over a 1,000 for a 3 bed 2 bath ....We have since moved to a really nice place that has all the things we thought we would get there. Security gates that close, things that are not falling apart, like a stove with numbers on the knob, no missing blinds..A balcony you can stand on without fearing you are going to fall through rotting wood....and weak spots on the ground of said balcony, But if this is your Paradise, Behold you have arrived, and I WISH YOU WELL, I might add that those things have changed, the allowing of pets is new because when we lived there it was not , you could have a cat only...That was when Steve and Jessica were in charge...And if you ever walk around you will see that the apartments closer to the office are in much better shape..there are so many empty apts I guess those suffering in this bad economy really got all that help you brag about too, and they turned it down

That's odd about the rent. When My fiance and I lived there we had a Two Bed/Two bath and were paying much more. it was $830 or so to live downstairs we lived in apt 163 right by the security gate. This was back in 02 thru 05. When you moved in did they give you a welcome gift and a list to mark any problems with the unit to submit to the office? When we lived there we saw a lot of things like the security guards that were just there to protect the property. I saw a young lady being harassed in front of a armed guard and he did nothing. When I asked him why no action was taken by him. He said that we are just here to protect the property and not the tenants, and to report all crimes to Hemet P.D. Why have security. Luckily we moved to Las Vegas NV and are much happier here. Good riddance hemet!
