I've lived here for a year and love it. It's quiet and friendly and my kids have fun playing in the open court yard. Haven't had any bad experiences here. The grounds are well maintained, lots of trees and flowers, and the pool is always clean.

The only thing I don't like is how the manager makes up rules as she see's necessary. I don't think that it's fair for us to follow the rules and have her make them up. I would like to stay here until I'm ready to buy a house but she keeps making restrictions on what she doesn't want to deal with.
