	THE NEW MANAGER THAT STATRTED IN NOVEMEBER 2006 HAS REALLY MADE A HUGE IMPROVEMENT. ALL MY MAINTENANCE REQUEST HAVE BEEN FIXED QUICKLY. THE COMMUNITY IS VERY QUITE AT ALL TIMES. MOST IMPORTANT YOU CAN ALWAYS FIND THE MANAGER. THE LAUNDRY ... more

	This place is horrible, there is no management and drug dealing on the premises. I have lived here for 5 years and I have children and this is dangerous and I'm moving.
