I have never felt so safe and secure in my life, my husband is in the military and is away alot and we would still be at Riverdale but my husband got transfered. If we are ever in the area again we will be back to Riverdale. The manager and maintenance are the best. They do what ever we ask and in a timely manner. I would recommend riverdale to family friends and anyone who asks. Give them a chance.

I've lived here for the last three years and I will confirm that all of the negative is true. I don't have rats or roaches, but I know that when the other buildings have been infested they tend to move tenants into my building. Maintenance is VERY slow and they don't really know how to fix much of anything. It takes months to get anything done around here. The walls are paper thin. You can hear everything that goes on around you. The pools are closed way too much in the summer and they are not cleaned enough. The utilities are OUTRAGEOUS!!! I have lived in a 4 bdrm house in Palm Springs and paid less for my utilities than I do for this tiny apartment. The garages flood all the time. Don't put anything you care about in them!
