SAFETY= It is an issue, 3 days just moved-in, someone broke into my garage unit, and left the light on, damage done to remote wire by burglar,unabling the remote to work to turn the light off or pull the garage door open. Maintnance fixed 9 days after I reported incident, management said or did anything to comfort the situation until my 3rd call, site manager is not sociable or helpful, is never on primises when needed, Unfortunately I exp, fate of prejudised neighbor, whom was upfront about her prejudisim, 2nd day in the apt. I was setting up the bunkbeds in my childrens bdrm., and hit the wall a few times by accident trying to hurry up before leaving to work, and that particular neighbor called several times to corp. office stating that it was being done continuously, and leasing agent that helped me with paperwork came to my apt., approched me as I was leaving to inform that a complaint was called in for my apt. # I explained to her what had happened, she also stated that the neighbor complained about objects being thrown on her patio, which was not true, children were not in the apt. yet. This neighbor through out my stay in this facility made numerous false accusations which led to my household to leave, management NEVER informed me of any other complains dirrectly, just mailed a 30-day notice dated on the 8th, which I received on the 14th. Garage unit broken into again, I hesitated to inform management due to 30-day notice, I didn?t think they would care, I was advised to do so anyways, and I was proven correct! The very next day @ 5:00am in the morning someone used some type of tool to break into my apartment while I and my children were inside, overall

I am very discusted with this company, and its management team, and by no means recommended anyone to attempt to live here, specially if you are an Hispanic single parent. This is how I feel, PLEASE make your desicion wisely.....
