Rim Properties

i would not recommend moving into any apartments managed by rim properties. management is very bad. lived here only 1 year and rent was raised twice was 675 at move in and 750 when i moved out. maintnice sucks we have called them 3 times to fix our doors when the wind blows i get dirt in my house throught both front and back doors and when it rains i get water. 1 year later and they are still not fixed. always shutting water off to do work and maintnice crews will block you in your driveway. they say rent is due by the 5th of every month no later but if you turn it in on the 5th they tack you with an outrageous late charge like 80 bucks they will raise the rent and say they told you when they didn't even after taking your check and they mail you a late charge. and if you smoke in the apartment they charge you a 1000 dollars on move out even though they don't tell you that until you are moving out! these people will take any money they can get from you and find any way to do it. if you park in front of your garage they will have your car towed but yet the manger on your site will park in front of hers. if you are goint ot live in the high desert you can find so much better for the same price you will pay to live here. oh yeah and there was some guy living in our dumpster!
