Several factors played in my decesion to rent from Rim Properties. First of all they have the nicest looking apartments inside and out in the whole High Desert. Second they treated me with lots of respect and smiles. They rent month to month unlike no one else, also have their own maintenance crew that fixes any problems immediately. Their apartments look and feel like homes with laundry hookups, attached garages w/remote. I forgot they pay for water, trash and cable. Overall beautiful apartment homes that are second to none. I give them two thumbs up. A must, thats why their apartments are always full and people are waiting to get in. I recommend
