Rim properties are unprofessional!!!

I moved in to rim properties in may of 05 and moved out on jan of 06. They took $1,200 from me my deposit was $1,700.I only lived there for 8 months. Apt was very clean when i moved out. I had normal wear and tear. Becareful when u move in take pictures when u move in and especially when u move out. I got $250 back from them because i told them it wasn't right about them charging for mold in the restroom that's wasn't my fault that is caused by poor ventilation. So they said they had to paint it. They don't even fix the problem they just paint over stuff. So the new tenants can have the same problem. They charged for brand new carpet which came out to $668.00. Which wasn't even damaged it only needed a professional cleaning. They cahrged for weeds in the back yard that mother nature did not me. Well there's so much that i can say about these apts. My point is do not move in.They also have a sex offender living there.

Been there done that ! I think I was there for 8 months too. I was given a move out checklist including which cleaning products to use. The blinds were to be taken down and cleaned. I ran out of time washed them and was told to leave them down they'd put them back up.I was charged for that once I got my bill plus other silly things.
