the new villas at hesperia is owned by the same company as the crossing... another bad apartment complex with the same kind of managment MEAN PEOPLE....the city of hesperia gave grants for these apartment to help low income live in a nice apartment.. how ever how unfair is it to have to pay more for the same apartment as the crossing 1125.00 to 1245.00 so just think a minute you pay 1245.00 and the person right next to you pays 722.00 for 3 bedroom unfair? yes i think it is.... the manager holiday she far from the name... very rude,rude were do these company get such people... all i can say is good luck to you poor people who move in oh and my the way i was approved for these apatment but changed my mind on the manager'spoor work ethics...

This review page is for the crossings, not the villas across the street owned by them. Management is not mean here. And we don't pay 722 for rent over here, i don't know where you got your info we pay 1070$ for 2 bedroom. Please use spell check or something next time, half of what you write i can't read. and i just looked on the villas website, seems you pay LESS. Sq. Ft.
