I recently leased a 2 bedroom place and coulnt be happier. The grounds are well kept and all the tenants are respectful and decent. Very good place to live. And the management is so helpful and pleasant. The manager, Sherita, is on top of everything and keeps the property high quality.

Are you serious? this place is AWEFULLLLL!!! The so called manager is nothing more than a fat lazy getto black lady, and her husband the maintenance man is even worse, he comes into your home un-anounced and even walks into your shower, and i'm not the only person he has done that too, I called the management company "jamboree" and they did nothing. This place was once great, the manager before sherita was a wonderful person she did her job excellent! It's gone down so much, I don't mean to sound racist but all the really ghetto black people here are tearing this place apart! graffiti, trash, dogs, drugs. If i had the money to move, i would!
