We have lived at Monteray Villas for almost two years. They have had a management change which at first seemed to be not a good thing, however, the manager is great. Maintenence is always done in a quick and efficient manner. This is a small community but well worth the money. Very close to freeways, easily accessible. Pool and spa are always well kept.
