The complex isn't located in the best of areas, but for the price $725 for 1bed 1bath (When we moved in) and free cable it's a good deal. So far we haven't had any major problems and we have lived here about 9 months, however, we do seem to have a bunch of lazy adolescents that like to hang out near our apartment and it can get a bit noisy. The management is the best I've seen for an apartment complex (They put out a monthly newsletter) which seems to make up for its minor problems. It is also a predominantly black complex, which is fine but you might get funny looks every now and then if you're not black. Overall it's good and I would recommend it to someone moving into the area.
