	I lived in Summerwind for 6 years. I found the managers to be very responsive to my needs. They took care of any complaints that I had and was always friendly.

	had issues that were pains to resolve. bathtub that was fixed and then broke again. unfriendly enough to make u want to just sleep there and keep distance

	The manager here is very rude and unfriendly. Managed by a born again christian woman who is very much holier-than-thou and very unchristian like. And if you´re --- - don´t even think about it! Miserable place to live.
