Management is very lax and poor From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/10/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   Nothing was ever enforced on the premises. Items that needed repaired when we moved in still needed to be repaired when we left. We vacated the apartment on 9/28/03 and as of 11/10/03 the management company has received no paperwork to send any deposits back to us when California law states they have 30 to get the refunded portions of the deposits back.
