The walls in this place are PAPER THIN. Do not move in here unless you want to hear EVERYTHING your neighbors do, and I mean everything. I don't think the walls have any insulation in them.
Otherwise that the singles in this place are smaller than average for the price.
On the plus side, the units have lots of charm, some brick walls, a big closet and redone kitchens. The permit parking isn't really a problem (farthest you might have to park is 1-2 block away but that isn't very often).
Overall I would say that you can find something better for the price of their very small & noisy singles.
