Do not deal with this company. It has been over two months and they have not given me my deposit back, although everything was in good condition and they promised I would get it back through email correspondence. They keep telling me they'll get on it, but never send me my check. This is a lot of money and it is criminal. I will be seeking legal help now that I realize they brush me off, promise to return my calls but never do.

Their lofts are not livable, just big concrete boxes with no patio or yards. You can hear everything through the walls. They do not fix anything. Other neighbors complained about the same problems as well. One neighbor had a leak that was causing damage to their things and they would not fix it.

Leasing Agent --------- in typical Hollywood style will tell you "everything is golden" but he nor his coworkers will ever return your calls when you need something... such as the money they owe you.
