Awful Management - Unfair Business Practices

This place is nothing but an overpriced dump! The plumbing leaks, the electrical system is a mess and it takes several days and dozens of phone calls before anything is repaired. There are noisy clubs with music blaring 7 nights a week. We often hear people shouting and fighting in the parking lot and street outside.
These people care only about collecting their sky-high rent - $2500 and up for a 600ft studio in a building without any amenities. There is also NO PARKING - unless you want to pay an extra $200 per month for a space in the crowded lot. Street Parking is out of the question - it is a tow-away zone.
Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this nightmare.
