The building itself isn't bad (as in, would be nice if it were kept up - perhaps i mean the architecture isn't bad), but the management is TERRIBLE. DO NOT MOVE HERE. There are 2 medical marijuana stores running out of apartments in the building, so if you enjoy living in fear of armed robberies, and a constant flow of shady characters coming in and out of the building, great. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and find a WAY nicer place for what you pay here...

While I agree with your statements regarding the management - the presence of a medical marijuana clinic is the least of your worries as a tenat in this building. (One closed and the other has never presented a problem whatsoever.) As mentioned in a couple of other reviews - watch out for the CAM charges and other shady accounting practices when dealing with Creative Environments.
