I've been living at Cosmo for a couple of years, and I like it. I saw some of these less than positive comments on this site, and I felt compelled to share my experience. I enjoy the building, the neighborhood and the management. From time to time, there have been issues that I wish would have been handled differently, but I'm pretty sure that's the case just about anywhere you live or work. I've recommended Cosmo to friends and have made new friends with my neighbors in the building! It's a great place to live and work!! Thanks.

Any positive reviews about this building are obviously posted by the management in a desperate attempt to bolster their anemic approval percentage. Don't believe the hype. The building sucks and the management is completely incompetent. If you're so happy there why don't you post your name?

Seconded. This review is obviously a management plant. In fact, when it first appeared it was all perfect ratings on all dimensions and then it was updated to seem more realistic. Creative Environments, the people who run this building, are really terrible. By the way, there was a brutal shooting at Big Wang's a few weeks ago, and it's right next to the building. Tells you something about the area and the sorts of drunk people who wander around at night outside your window. Enjoy!

I'm amazed at the bitterness by you folks. Who has the time to stalk old landlords. Get a life. You too are deciding to remain anonymous. As for the shooting at Big Wangs, we are talking about Hollywood, the area has improved quite a bit since I moved here in the early 90s. Get over your anger here and move on, obviously Hollywood wasn't the place for you. I'm happy and plan on staying for a while.
