new management sucks!!!!

so not only is this building overpriced, but it comes with an awful attitude from the worthless managment. If you get a 2 bedroom, they only give you 1 parking spot, and your guests have to pay $8-10 for what should be free 'guest parking'. But hey S$V likes to squeeze every dime they can from you. God forbid your guest parks outside (like one of mine did on thanksgiving) their car will be brocken into at best and stolen at worst.
The building has a leacking problem, which takes forever to fix. The managment disconects your gate privildges without notification. I had to be late to work a couple of times because my gate key was disconected and managment doesnt show up till 10 am.
also... if you manage to get in to the building, good luck getting out. The staircase was out of order (still trying to figure out how THAT'S possible) , while the elevators were also out of order, I literarely had to walk all the way down the parking lot to make it out.
---->all of the above has been my experiance for the month of November only.
PS the old managment that was also incompetant was at least polite and courteous.
